About me

My name is Anat Tamir, and I am a certified Neurographica Instructor and Coach. I discovered Neurographica in 2020, and I was immediately intrigued by its simultaneous simplicity and depth. After completing the practitioner course, I felt a strong desire to dive deeper into Neurographica and explore its benefits. In 2021, I received my Instructor diploma, followed by the Coach diploma in 2022. Since then, I have conducted numerous sessions in-person and online, both individually and with groups. The results I have witnessed have been both awe-inspiring and energizing. To me, Neurographica is a gateway to self-discovery, and it is my pleasure and privilege to guide people on their journey towards self-connection using this method.

About Neurographica

Neurographica is an innovative and transformative art form that has captivated individuals worldwide, offering a unique blend of artistic expression and personal development. The genesis of Neurographica dates back to 2014, when Pavel Piskarev, D.Sc., a psychologist and architect, conceived it. Piskarev, with his extensive background in psychology and design, sought to create a method that would bridge the gap between the conscious and subconscious mind, facilitating personal growth and emotional healing.
Piskarev's expertise in both the psychological and architectural fields lent Neurographica a solid foundation, making it a credible and effective method for self-exploration and therapy. His vision was to develop a technique that would not only be accessible to everyone, regardless of their artistic skill but also serve as a powerful tool for psychological healing and creative expression.
Neurographica allows individuals to delve into their inner worlds through the process of drawing abstract forms and lines, which reflect their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. This method encourages a meditative state, promoting relaxation and mindfulness as participants navigate their personal narratives. The act of drawing in this way stimulates neural connections, aiding in the processing of emotions and leading to profound insights and cognitive shifts.
The process of Neurographica is both simple and profound. Participants use freeform lines, or "neuro lines," to create artwork that bridges their conscious and unconscious mind, tapping into deep-seated emotions and thoughts. This artistic journey is not just about the end result but about the transformative experience that occurs during the creation process. It's a therapeutic practice that has been shown to reduce stress, unlock creativity, enhance problem-solving skills, and facilitate emotional release.
Beyond its therapeutic applications, Neurographica has grown into a global community of practitioners who share a common language of abstract imagery and symbols. This universal language transcends cultural and linguistic barriers, enabling people from diverse backgrounds to connect and share their experiences in a deeply meaningful way.
Pavel Piskarev's creation of Neurographica represents a significant contribution to the fields of art therapy and personal development. With its roots in psychology and a firm scientific foundation, Neurographica continues to offer a path to self-discovery, emotional healing, and creative expression for individuals around the world. Through this method, Piskarev has provided a valuable tool for anyone seeking to explore the complexities of their inner world and emerge with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.
